Sites can have up to 5 backups at any given time, allowing you to take snapshots of your site and restore it at any given time from any of the 5 backup slots.
You can also create new sites using a backup of a site... effectively allowing you to create "templates" of your perfect site... and then easily creating new sites on demand using it.
To access Site Backup and Restore, choose "account" from the user menu.
